Status: WAITLIST

I'm closing commissions for now to help balance my workload, but they'll be open again in the coming months. You can still submit a form at any time, and I will reply to you when I'm ready to take your commission!

Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.

GENERAL

  • Commissions are for Personal Use only. (Commercial rights may be available in the future.)

  • My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit.

  • AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.

  • I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.

  • Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.

  • You receive 2 free major revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $5 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

PAYMENTS & FEES

  • I take payments through Vgen, Paypal, and Ko-fi.

  • All payments are in full through the agreed platform, upfront or after the first sketch.

  • Complexity Fee is between $5-20 for all Commissions. It varies depending on the complexity of the character and the complexity of the commission itself. (Example; a complex character may only have a $5 fee for a bust or portrait, but could have a fee of +$10 on a fullbody, ref sheet, etc.)

REVISIONS

  • Major revisions are only available during the sketch phase.

  • Once sketches are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes I make will always be corrected at no cost.

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

  • Commissions may take up to 4 months depending on complexity, queue, health, work, or personal matters.

  • I will keep you updated if delays occur.

  • If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
• Promote myself and my services.
• Post on social media and in my portfolio.
• Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).
Exceptions:
• If an NDA was discussed, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.

REFUNDS

  • I may cancel and refund a commission at any time for whatever reason I see fit and without explanation. Please respect my boundaries as I respect your own.

  • You may cancel before payment is made.

  • Once payment is received, refunds are not available. Unless there's an emergency that would make me incapable of working on commissions. In that situation I will offer a full refund.

  • Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

Filing a chargeback will:
• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
• Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
• Result in a formal complaint against you.

COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
You may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only.
• Print the art for yourself.
• Post it on Social Media with credit to me.
You may NOT:
• Use the artwork commercially.
• Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
• Remove signatures/watermarks.
• Resell or redistribute the artwork.
• Modify the artwork without my consent.
• Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.

BLACKLIST POLICY

  • Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).

  • The blacklist may be shared with other artists.

FINAL AGREEMENT

  • By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What kinds of payment methods do you take?: I currently only accept PayPal or payments through Ko-Fi!

  • How do I commission you?: When my commissions are open, you can shoot me a private DM through Instagram, Toyhou.se, Discord, or order through Vgen. And I’ll reply if I accept it and tell you how much it’ll cost.

  • When will my commission be complete?: I do not have any set due dates for commissions. Please read through the Deadlines and Delivery section of my TOS for more info.

Please keep in mind that I deal with chronic illness and it often causes me to struggle to get things done but I do my best! Along with that I also work a job! Please never be shy to ask for wips and updates, but please do not rush me or repetitively message me over and over for updates. I am a person and as such I am also entitled to my own personal time to draw something for me or to just relax after a busy day. I always finish the commission in the end.

  • Would it be rude to send an example of what I'm looking for?: Not at all! In fact I encourage it! If you have a specific vision you are free to send a sketch, pose, 'red line' a wip I send or even send me one of my previous pieces as reference. The more clear and concise, the better and quicker I can finish your commission!

  • What programs/gear do you use to draw?: I use Clip Studio Pain EX for all my digital art, and a Huion 1060 Plus drawing tablet, or an iPad Air if I'm on the go.

  • How long have you been drawing?: As long as I can remember! But I started taking it seriously around 2016!

  • Pets and Plushies

  • OCs whose species belong to a copyrighted series (ex. nightfury, pokemon, etc.)

  • Blood / wounds / moderate gore

  • Armor

Might Draw

  • Robots or Mechs

  • Bugs

  • Aquatic Animals (Like plain dolphins or sharks, anthro versions are fine)

  • Horror/Creepy stuff

  • Real People

  • Characters with demon or angel traits

  • OCs with copyrighted characters

  • Characters in romantic scenarios

Won't Draw

  • Absolutely nothing NSFW, fetishes, or suggestive content

  • Extreme gore

  • AI generated characters

  • Anything involving/relating to: drug use; hate speech; political propaganda; against my personal values/beliefs

  • Anything satanic or demonic

  • Fan characters from media I'm personally uncomfortable with (Ex. Hazbin Hotel/Helluva Boss)

  • Copyrighted characters on their own. (ex. Toothless, Mickey Mouse, etc.)

  • Overly complex Mechs/Robots

  • Realistic bugs
