Shark Stamps
A commissions reward system for returning customers!
WHAT ARE SHARK STAMPS?
Similar to loyalty or redemption cards given out by businesses, Shark Stamps are digital cards where every time you commission me you earn a stamp! Earn enough stamps and you get rewards!
Once you get 3 stamps, your commission is 5% off!
Once you get 7 stamps, your commission is 10% off!
Once you get 10 stamps, you get to pick a free prize to go with your commission!

Your choice of one of my adoptables worth $15 or less
If you pick the adoptable prize, you can wait to use it until I post an adopt you like!

*Stamps are per commission, not per character! A commission with two characters included, like a duo icon or ship art, counts as one commission.

Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully before placing an order.
GENERAL
I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
PAYMENTS & FEES
I take payments through Paypal, Ko-fi, and Vgen (Vgen commissions have a 5% added fee).
All payments are in full through the agreed platform, upfront or after the first sketch.
Complexity Fee is between $5-20 for all Commissions. It varies depending on the complexity of the character and the complexity of the commission itself. (Example; a complex character may only have a $5 fee for a bust or portrait, but could have a fee of +$10 on a fullbody, ref sheet, etc.)
REVISIONS
You receive 2 free major revisions (sketch stage only). Additional revisions cost $5 each, paid before I continue. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.
Small changes or adjustments to color or shading past the sketch page are free unless they would majorly change the art.
DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
Commissions may take up to 4 months depending on complexity, queue, health, work, or personal matters.
I will keep you updated if delays occur.
Communication is important. If I do not receive a response within 1 week for a WIP, I will proceed and deliver the artwork as is.
If you wish to skip the Queue and be Priority, the fee will be $10 USD. You will have to Directly Message me or state in the Request forms that you wish for a Rush Fee.
REFUNDS
I may cancel and refund a commission at any time for whatever reason I see fit and without explanation. Please respect my boundaries as I respect your own.
You may cancel before payment is made.
Once payment is received, refunds are not available. Unless there's an emergency that would make me incapable of working on commissions. In that situation I will offer a full refund.
Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.
Filing a chargeback will:
• Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
• Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
• Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
• Result in a formal complaint against you.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
I, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.
I may use the artwork to:
• Promote myself and my services.
• Post on social media and in my portfolio.
• Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).
Exceptions:
• If an NDA was discussed, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.
COMMISSIONER RIGHTS
Commissions are for Personal Use only. (Commercial rights may be available in the future.)
You may:
• Use the artwork for personal purposes only.
• Use it as a profile picture or banner
• Print the art for yourself.
• Post it on Social Media with credit to me.You may NOT:
• Use the artwork commercially.
• AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, used to train AI models or modify it in any way with AI, or minted as NFTs.
• Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
• Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
• Remove signatures/watermarks.
• Resell or redistribute the artwork.
• Modify the artwork without my consent.
• Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.
BLACKLIST POLICY
Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
The blacklist may be shared with other artists.
FINAL AGREEMENT
By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of payment methods do you take?: I currently only accept PayPal! I'm working on setting up card payments but they aren't available yet.
How do I commission you?: When my commissions are open, you can shoot me a private DM through Instagram, Toyhou.se, Discord, or order through Vgen. And I’ll reply if I accept it and tell you how much it’ll cost.
When will my commission be complete?: I do not have any set due dates for commissions. Please read through the Deadlines and Delivery section of my TOS for more info.
Please keep in mind that I deal with chronic illness and it often causes me to struggle to get things done but I do my best! Along with that I also work a job! Please never be shy to ask for wips and updates, but please do not rush me or repetitively message me over and over for updates. I am a person and as such I am also entitled to my own personal time to draw something for me or to just relax after a busy day. I always finish the commission in the end.
Would it be rude to send an example of what I'm looking for?: Not at all! In fact I encourage it! If you have a specific vision you are free to send a sketch, pose, 'red line' a wip I send or even send me one of my previous pieces as reference. The more clear and concise, the better and quicker I can finish your commission!
What programs/gear do you use to draw?: I use Clip Studio Paint EX for all my digital art, and a Huion 1060 Plus drawing tablet, or an iPad Air if I'm on the go.
How long have you been drawing?: As long as I can remember! But I started taking it seriously around 2016!
